Generosity Supports the Path. It Does Not Purchase Belonging.
A Hike With God is an initiative of Guided Warriors. Voluntary support helps us prepare gatherings, care for people and places, and make reflective resources more accessible. Giving is an expression of generosity—not a fee for spiritual access, community, or favor.
Our commitment
The journey is not pay-to-enter.
There are no required dues or donations to join a public gathering unless a specific event clearly identifies a direct participation cost, such as a permit, admission, transportation, or reserved activity. The Journey Companion is offered freely; generosity is gratitude, not payment.
Those who give do not receive greater spiritual standing, influence over the experience, preferential leadership access, or special treatment within the community.

Gathering & Safety Needs
Permits, first-aid and emergency supplies, route materials, water support, identification, and other reasonable costs of preparing a safer gathering.
Accessible Resources
Printing, digital tools, reflection materials, and assistance that help reduce barriers to participation and keep core journey resources available.
Creation & Community Care
Trail stewardship, cleanups, community service, and thoughtful care for the land and communities connected to our gatherings.
Training & Operations
Leader preparation, communication, website services, event coordination, and other operating needs that help the work remain responsible and sustainable.
How gifts are handled
Clarity protects generosity.
Unless a campaign or written agreement identifies a specific restricted purpose, support may be used where it is most needed within A Hike With God and related Guided Warriors operations. A requested restriction is accepted only when we confirm that we can honor it responsibly.
Shop purchases are transactions for goods and are not donations. Product pricing, returns, and fulfillment are governed by the policies presented through the shop or payment platform.
At this time, A Hike With God does not represent contributions as tax-deductible charitable gifts. Donors should retain their records and consult a qualified tax professional about their individual circumstances. If our legal or fiscal-sponsorship status changes, this policy will be updated.
Errors, refunds & privacy
We will respond with care and transparency.
If a contribution was made in error or duplicated, contact us as soon as possible. Requests will be reviewed individually and may be subject to the payment processor’s timing, fees, and refund rules.
Information provided with a contribution is used to process, document, acknowledge, and communicate about that support. We do not use a person’s giving history to measure belonging, faith, commitment, or readiness to lead.
Support beyond money
Presence, service, prayer, and care also sustain the journey.
Financial giving is never the only way to contribute. Walk with us, serve when you are able, care for creation, welcome another person, or simply hold the journey in prayer.
